Relationship Buildup

Why do some people in day-to-day relationships believe that they are entitled to certain advantages? When asked, one individual responded, “Because this type of attitude is encouraged by my peers.”

Such behavior can lead to loneliness and a false sense of self-awareness. If self-monitoring is not practiced it will create a series of imbalances in all of your relationships.

How does one self-monitor? By checking in with a trusted companion regarding our attitudes, we can check ourselves of unwanted characteristics. Checking in with others allows us to check ourselves.

CHECK yourself before you WRECK yourself.
